Warranty

CuZn™ water filtration systems have been built in the United States with advanced technology, quality material and detailed workmanship. Our systems, when installed and maintained correctly will provide you with years of trouble free service.

This warranty applies to the original purchase of CuZn™ systems. Our systems are warranted against defects in material and workmanship from one year of original date of purchase. Any part or system which is returned to our manufacturing facility, shipping charges prepaid, that is found to be defective in material or workmanship in the judgement of CuZn™ engineers will be repaired or replaced at no charge, FOB Fayetteville, Arkansas. CuZn™ shall not be liable for damages or failure of any part or system due to normal wear and tear, clogging , leaking, inappropriate handling or installation, modification, abuse, peril, freezing, over tightening or lack of maintenance.

CuZn™ systems must be used for water filtration purposes only, utilizing municipally treated potable water at peak water pressure of less than 125 psi. Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported to CuZn™, Inc. within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to be eligible for compensation of damaged part or system.

CuZn™ carries a six- (6) month pro-rated warranty against physical defects on all copper-zinc cartridges used in CuZn™ refillable systems.

This warranty does not cover or provide for reimbursement of incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow this exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary, from state to state.

We make no warranty expressed or implied including, without limitation or warranty of fitness or merchantability except as expressly set forth above.

We shall not be liable for any anticipated or actual loss of profits, incidental or consequential damage cost, time or operation of system.
