We do not sell the names of our customers to anyone. We don't share our customers with anyone and we don't share any information about our customers with anyone, either.

When you place an order with us, we treat all information you send as strictly confidential. The violation of that confidence would lose an important customer - you!

We don't use mass fax tactics or any other intrusive advertising techniques. We want you to trust the way we do business so that we can continue to serve your water filtration needs. We hope your experience on this site will bring you back again and again.

HOW TO ORDER

3 WAYS TO ORDER

ONLINE
    We use a secure server to process all online credit card orders. (Check the address in your browswer window - it will start with https) This means that your order and all your personal information, including credit card numbers and your address is encrypted (turned into undecipherable garbage using a special encoding program and uncrackable keyword) before it is stored on the server. Only CuZn can read this information on our end, so your privacy and security are guaranteed.
         On each page you will find a Price Tag, a CuZnEye and a Dollar sign.

             • Click on the Price Tag to add that item to your shopping cart.
             • Click on the Eye to see the item with cost, shipping weights and options
             • Click on the Dollar Sign if you want to jump right to the purchase page.

         When you use the checkout button or Dollar Sign on any of our pages, you are sent to the first order page, where you type in the shipping and billing information (They can be different!) Note that items in bold print are required.
          The next page in the checkout process allows you to choose a shipping method and the credit card you will be using. If the cart is unable to calculate a shipping charge we will contact you before the order is processed.
          When you click on the Continue button, you will be asked for your credit card information.
          The last page is your invoice. You may print this order out. It contains the invoice number, all of the items on your order, the total cost of the items you ordered, shipping cost and tax (if applicable.)

When you click on the Check Out button, your browser may flash a security information message saying that the information you are submitting is insecure. This is a function of your browser. The security certificate is owned by our web host and does not match the domain cuzn.com. But we assure you that all transactions are encrypted and secure.
Not only is your information secure and safe, steps are taken to protect us from credit card fraud.
